MOST GROWER VINEYARDS ARE MADE UP OF SMALL PLOTS.
|The winery prefers classic training methods like spurred cordon and Guyot. The average age of the vineyards is 15 years, with a planting density of 4,000–5,000 vines per hectare. The soil is mainly volcanic in the valley area and limestone near the mountains.||Each vineyard is managed applying integrated protection techniques, without irrigation. Some are completely organic, with certification from the relevant body. Average annual yield is around 9,000–10,000 kg per hectare.|
Since 1947 Cincinnato’s passion and skill have respected and enriched native varieties.
Time and Place
Deep in the Lepini vineyards, Cori’s history is lost in the mists of time and legend.
