Cincinnato opens its cellar doors to three tours,
guiding visitors as they explore Lazio’s native grapes

A stroll in the vineyards around the farmhouse,
a stop in the barrel cellar and then off to the tasting room where you can sample our wines,
served with platters of specialities prepared just for you by our Chef.

THE CINCINNATO AGRITOURISM COMPLEX ORGANIZES TASTING EVENTS, VINEYARD AND BARREL CELLAR TOURS ON REQUEST FOR VISITORS WHO WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE WINERY AND ITS DISTRICT. THEN THEY CAN TASTE OUR WINES AND PREVIEW OUR NEW PRODUCTS

Tastings are accompanied by our chef’s specials, selected to showcase the wines and make this a truly sensory experience. Events are hosted in our farmhouse, set amidst lush vineyards in the Cori hills, steeped in a relaxing and romantic atmosphere where time seems to stand still.

Our Tours

Cincinnato offers three special wine tours to take you by the hand as you discover the native vines of Lazio, the district, the winery and its iconic products.
Three different tours to draw you right into the vineyard and farmhouse atmosphere and learn more about the winery, its wines and the winemaking process.

OUR TASTING TOURS IN DETAIL:

CLASSIC

An intimate journey in the world of Cincinnato, learning about pure Bellone and Nero Buono, tasting three wines paired with bruschettine, cheeses and salamis.

Duration: 1 hour

exploring the district

A tour of the vines and the barrel cellar to get to know the district and the distinctive varieties used in winery production, then tastings of one sparkling and two DOC wines, served with local gourmet products.

Duration: 90 minutes

Selection

A walk among the rows to learn about the vine cycle and the aromas of the earth, discover the winemaking and ageing stages of our products. The aromas of Bellone, the spicy, fruity notes of Nero Buono, and our EVO made from the Itrana olive. Each wine comes with finger food created by our chef.
