CESANESE
Cesanese 100%, an ancient Lazio grape variety grown on the volcanic soil of the Cori hills. Low yields per hectare, grape selection, and attentive fermentation with brief ageing in oak make it original and exclusive. A deep ruby wine with a strong personality and balsamic notes.
