Castore ed Ercole win the gold medal!
The Cincinnato wine have been rewarded by the International Guide Gilbert&Gaillard, one of the most influential wine guide!
The Castore has recived the 87/100 points.
The Castore Bellone (the name of grape) is “vibrant pale hue with green glints. Lovely nose of stone fruits and fresh herbs. Plump, ample, forthright palate with solid exuberance and a measure of power supporting more of the nose aromas. Set aside for fish au gratin”.
The Ercole 2015 at the nose is “rich nose offering up a mix of sweet spices, coffee, charred leaf and garrigue herbs. The palate is elegant, velvety and charming and combines freshness and fullness. A savoury, expressive wine already nicely open”.
