The new Metodo Classico Millesimato Pas Dosé comes with a chic new label that closes a symbolic circle, a sparkling version of the terroir
Korì is the new label for our two Metodo Classico whites, a Brut and a Pas Dosé tribute to our town.
We preferred a cuvée bottle to the classic champagne option, with bold “Bellone” label lettering. Dual red dots with concentric circles for the label and the foil to underscore the type of wine. The bottle features a relief logo at the centre in a final stroke of elegance.
Our new Korì Pas Dosé explores the versatility of Bellone, a native Cori white grape which we shifted centre stage for investments given the superb results for quality and sales achieved in seven decades of winemaking. Korì Pas Dosé is produced only with handpicked grapes chosen from the best clusters in selected plots. With no liqueur d’expédition in the mix, this distinctive sparkler’s innate elegance and fine perlage make it even more original and the expression of its wine district.
